Ingredients for cake

  • 1 ¼ cup (180grams) of plain flour / organic maida / cake flour / white flour
  • ½ cup of water (you can use milk instead of water to make rich cake)
  • ¼ cup of melted butter
  • 200 ml condensed milk
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • ½ tsp of baking soda (check expiry date carefully)
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract / vanilla powder / orange zest
  • 1 tbsp of vinegar / apple cider vinegar / lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
