  • In a saucepan add water and gelatine. Once the gelatine softens cook the mixture on low flame until it dissolves completely. Remove from heat.
  • Grate the lime peels about 2 tsp and ½ cup juice. Avoid using the peel, if you are using key limes. Whisk juice, yogurt, milk and lime peel in a bowl. Mix the gelatine mixture.
  • Add this mixture into the crust. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
