- Unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder – ½ cup
Method
- In a bowl, mix cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, ground cinnamon, salt and whisk together. Add almond milk a little at a time and blend until smooth.
- Now add chia seeds and mix well. Refrigerate overnight or at least 3 to 5 hours until a pudding-like consistency is obtained.

- Dates – 20 halved

- Toasted and chopped – 1/3rd Toasted Almonds

Method
- Blend vanilla and dates in a food processor to obtain a chunky paste. Add almond butter and run for a few seconds. Add salt, cinnamon, cocoa powder, coconut and pulse again for some time.
- Once the mixture is crumbly. Remove from the food processor. Take some mixture and shape it into balls, if the mixture seems wet, you can add some coconut.
- Put some chopped almonds in the plate and roll the balls on it until the pieces stick to it. Place it in the fridge for one hour to set.

- Scoop the dough with a cookie scoop and drop on the baking sheets.
- Bake for about 15 minutes. Cool and transfer to an airtight jar.

Method
- Preheat oven (375 Degree Fahrenheit). Take a glass pie plate (9 inches). Mix together crumbs, vegetable oil spread, salt and sugar to moisten. Press this mixture with hand on the bottom and sides of the plate and bake it for about 10 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan add water and gelatine. Once the gelatine softens cook the mixture on low flame until it dissolves completely. Remove from heat.
- Grate the lime peels about 2 tsp and ½ cup juice. Avoid using the peel, if you are using key limes. Whisk juice, yogurt, milk and lime peel in a bowl. Mix the gelatine mixture.
- Add this mixture into the crust. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
