  • Instant pots come in various sizes measured in Quarts i.e. 3, 6, 8, or 10. The 3 quart is the mini size to cook for 2 people, 6 quart is to feed 6 people and is the most popular one. You can also get 8 quart which cooks food for 8 people and the 10 quart is for large gatherings or to make a large batch and freeze it to use later.

  • People share that one disadvantage of using an instant pot is that you can't see or taste the food while it cooks. You will have to follow the accurate cooking timer, seasoning, and the amount of liquid you but in for a perfect meal.
