  • Strain through a juice strainer and collect the extract in a pan. Add sugar to the extract and allow it to boil until the sugar dissolves. The mixture will turn sticky like honey after 80 minutes of boiling and stirring.
  • Pour the hot syrup in a jar and allow it to cool. Add lemon juice and a pinch of black salt. Stir well.
  • Add cold water and a few ice cubes to the lemonade. Serve chilled.

  • Serve cool.
