Kesar Pista Lassi

Add 1 cup curd, 1 tbsp sugar, ¼ cup fresh cream, 3-4 saffron strands, 1 tsp pistachios and a few ice cubes in a mixer grinder. Blend them nicely until all ingredients get mixed well. Serve this drink chilled with garnished dry fruits and saffron strands.

Paan Gulkand Sherbet

For this, blend 6-7 betel leaves with little water in a jar. Now, take this puree in a bowl and mix 4 cups chilled milk, 4-5 tbsp gulkand, ½ tbsp. soaked sabza seeds, 1tbsp rooh afza and chopped dry fruits. Buttermilk (Masala Chaas)

Sattu Sharbat

To make Namkeen Sattu Sherbet, Add one cup chana sattu, 4 cups chilled water, 2tsp grated raw mango, 2tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, 2tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1 chopped green chilli and black salt as per taste in a jug. Mix well and serve with ice cubes.

Prepare puree of 2 ripe mangoes and refrigerate it. Now, heat 4 cups of water with 2 tsp tea leaves then leave it cool down. Refrigerate this black tea, then in a jar, add mango puree, 1 tbsp lemon juice, sugar as per need and chilled tea and blend them. Serve with mint leaves for garnishing.
