Bring it to the boil and put the bottle gourd in it, and simmer it for 2 minutes.
Next, add ginger powder, fennel seeds, ajwain, and mix them well. Now, take a bowl and put the whisked yoghurt in it. Add it to the lauki and cook it on a medium flame. Fish tikka curry is an amazing dish that is full of nutrition and health. The ingredients you require to make this dish are lemon, tikka curry paste, onions, garlic cloves, ginger, red chilli, coriander, olive oil, potatoes, ripe tomatoes, white fish fillet, frozen cauliflower florets, red lentils, basmati rice, cloves, and natural yoghurt.
To marinate the fish, squeeze the lemon in a plate and mix it with tikka curry paste and use it to marinate the fish properly. Now, take a pan, add oil in it and put in the onions, garlic, ginger, green chilli, and coriander. Put some tikka curry paste and stir the ingredients on medium flame. Now, add potatoes in the pan and saute for 15 minutes before putting in the cauliflower, tomatoes, lentils, and 600 ml boiling water. Simmer it for 30 minutes and set aside. In a separate pan, put some boiling water, a pinch of salt, and cloves, and cook for 12 minutes. Take another larger non-stick pan, put some oil in it, and fry the marinated fish. Cook both sides until the colour of the fish changes. Take a plate, put boiled rice in it and then fish on the top with yogurt over it, and serve.
Paneer Achari Recipe
Paneer Achari is one of the most famous North Indian dishes as it has a rich taste of flavours, and is neither too spicy nor too mild. To make the paneer achari, you need a powder of coriander seeds, red chillies, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, mustard, and methi seeds. You will also need tomato puree and capsicum, some more tomatoes, green capsicum, oil, kalonji, finely chopped onions, asafoetida, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, brown sugar, salt, yogurt, water, paneer, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
To make the gravy, take a nonstick pan and put some oil in it before putting in asafoetida, onions, and kalonji. Stir them until onion turns golden. Now, add garlic and ginger paste and saute it until the raw smell of garlic goes away. Next, add achari powder and saute it for two minutes. Afterwards, add capsicum-tomato puree and cook until the mixture becomes smooth and thick.
Later, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and sugar before mixing the gravy for a minute. Next, add yoghurt and stir it well so that all the spices mix well. Once done, add some water and adjust the consistency of the pasta according to your preference. Add paneer, ginger, and coriander leaves on it, and cook it for two minutes. Lastly, add lemon over it and enjoy it with a side of your choice.
Bharwa Lauki Recipe
Bharwa lauki is a flavorful gravy and creamy dish stuffed with paneer. The ingredients required to make this are bottle gourd, onions, tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, oil, brown sugar, Kasuri methi, salt, coriander leaves. For stuffing, paneer, cumin seeds, onions, capsicum, green chillies, coriander powder, red chilli, fresh cream, and salt.
In a pan, put some cooking oil, cumin seeds, and onions and cook. Now, add green bell pepper, paneer, a dash of salt, red chilli, coriander powder, and mix all the ingredients well. Next, put bottle gourd in the boiling water with a pinch of water and cook. When it is done, take a large spoon or sharp knife to remove the pith from inside the lauki. Now, take a pan, add some cooking oil, and put the lauki in it, and fry it until the upper side of the gourd turns golden. Afterwards, fill the inner hollow of the gourd with the paneer gravy. Slice the paneer and put it on the Tawa pan and let both sides turn brown.
Now, take a separate pan, add cumin, onions, tomato paste, turmeric, coriander powder, a pinch of salt, and cook for 2 minutes. Next, add pith of gourd that you have removed earlier and simmer for some time. Afterwards, add one cup of water and cook it for some time. Lastly, add Kasuri methi, fried pieces of bottle gourd, and boil the gravy until you reached a thick consistency, and serve after garnishing.
