Kahlua is a smooth, dark, semi-sweet, and rich coffee-based liqueur that is extremely versatile. The liqueur is blended and exported all over the world from Mexico. Kahlua was first introduced in Veracruz, Mexico in 1936 by Pedro Domecq. From 1940 onwards, it was exported to the US. February 27th is celebrated as the National Kahlua Day. Kahlua Coconut Mudslide
- ½ Cup Vodka
- A Tray of Ice Cubes
- 1 Pint Coconut Milk Vanilla Ice Cream

- ¼ Cup Jameson Irish Whiskey
Method
- First, prepare the coconut chocolate syrup by mixing together coconut milk, sugar, and cocoa in a pan. Cook the ingredients on medium heat until it becomes a thick syrup. This takes about 2 to 3 minutes. The syrup will further thicken when it cools. Remove the pan from heat and mix Kahlua.
- Place the coconut in a pan and toast it on medium-high heat. Stir until the coconut becomes brown and fragrant. Remove from heat.
- To make the mudslide, blend all the ingredients until ice cubes are crushed.
- To assemble the drink, first, drizzle the coconut syrup around the glass and pour it in the mudslide. Sprinkle on top with toasted coconut.
White Russian
There are apparently not many details available about when exactly the Black Russian was made White. However, it is believed that this occurred in 1955 in Oakland, California. This velvety and rich creation is perhaps one of the most favoured Kahlua-based cocktails.

- 2 Parts of Kahlua
- 3 Parts Cream or Milk (half and half)
- 1 Part Vodka
- Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)
Method
- Add Kahlua and Vodka in a glass.
- Fill it with ice cubes and add half and half milk and cream.

- Adjust the proportion according to your taste.

- Although the cream is delectable, adding whole milk gives a fun twist and richness to the drink without making it heavy.

- 2 oz Tequila

In Flaming B-52, the layer on top is ignited to produce a blue flame.

- Grand Marnier – 1/3 oz
- Baileys Irish Cream – 1/3 oz
- Kahlua Liqueur – 1/3 oz

- Layer the ingredients one after the other in the following order – Kahlua, Baileys, and finally Grand Marnier.

- 1/8th Cup - Coconut Sugar
- 1/8th Cup – Water

- ½ tbsp Honey
- 6 Cups – Berries (Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, and Strawberries)
Method
- Mix together oat flour, pastry flour, corn-starch, baking powder, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and egg.
- Put the dough in the fridge so that it slightly hardens
- Preheat the oven – 350 degrees Celsius.
- Combine water, Kahlua, vanilla, 1/8th cup of coconut sugar, and berries in a pot. Simmer for about 8 minutes on medium heat stirring occasionally.

- All-purpose Flour – 1 & 3/4 Cups
- Eggs – 2 large
- Baking Powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ Tsp
- Light Brown Sugar – ½ Cup
- Unsalted Butter – ½ Cup
- Kahlua – ¼ Cup
Method
- Melt butter and bittersweet chocolate in the microwave and stir it until smooth. Keep it aside to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Combine together Flour, Salt and baking Powder
- In a bowl, add Kahlua, vanilla, eggs, and brown sugar. Blend it on medium speed using an electric mixer. Add chocolate mixture and blend again.
- Now add the flour mixture gradually and mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

- Dry Yeast – 1/4th Ounce
- Milk – ½ Cup
- Egg – 1
- Warm water – ¼ Cup
- Flour – 2 & 3/4th cups
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1/3rd Cup
- Shortening – ¼ Cup
For Filling
- Kahlua – 11/4th tbsp
- Brown Sugar – 2/3rd Cups
- Cinnamon – 11/4th Tbsp
- Chopped Raisins – ½ Cup
- Butter – 4&1/2 Tbsp
For Glaze
- Light Corn Syrup – 1&1/8th Tbsp
- Packed brown Sugar – 1/3rd Cup
- Butter – 1/4th Cup
- Kahlua – 1/4th Cup
Method
- Mix yeast in warm water until frothy.
- Boil milk in a pan. Add salt, sugar, and shortening to it and remove it from heat.
- Stir in 1 cup flour, yeast mixture, and egg. Add the remaining flour and mix well to make a stiff dough.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes and place in a greased container. Cover and allow it to rise for about one hour.
- Combine brown sugar, butter, raisins, Kahlua, and cinnamon in a bowl to make the filling. Mix well.
- Combine all the glaze ingredients – brown sugar, Kahlua, corn syrup, and butter in a pan and simmer until it blends well.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle shape (approximately 12 x 15 inches) on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the filling on the dough and roll it from the longer edge. Slice the rolled dough into 12 pieces.
- Pour the glaze into a round baking pan (reserve about 1/3rd to use later). Arrange the rolls in the pan with the cut side down. Rest it for about 25 minutes until it doubles in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Bake the rolls for about 20 to 25 minutes. Rest for five minutes after removing it from the oven. Invert the pan on a serving dish and drizzle with the remaining glaze.
