- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 8 eggs (beaten)
- Pinch of salt (or to taste)
- Pinch of pepper (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Method:
- Chop the spinach into small pieces
- Take olive oil in a pan and add onion and garlic
- Cook it until it turns crisp

Method
