If you are craving a late night meal, drive down or head to South Bangalore to Biryani Knights. The place serves a variety of delicious Biryanis in vegetarian, non-vegetarian and egg options. The 13th Floor
This is one of the coolest party places in Bangalore. Named for the floor of the landmark Bangalore building, Barton Center, on which it is perched, 13th Floor offers diners a panoramic view of the city, especially the Vidhan Soudha and surrounding areas, alongside excellent and innovative cocktails and food. 13th Floor is known for its potent and perfectly balanced cocktails, of which we highly recommend the 'Rosemary G&T', 'Rose and Rye', 'The Don Draper' (a mix of vodka with fresh grapefruit and rosemary), and 'The Midnight Oil' - a heady combination of coffee, dark rum, with caramel and banana notes. There is also a selection of fresh mocktails for those who do not imbibe, of which the 'Caliph’s Cooler' and 'Nukkad' are great choices.
To nibble along with your drinks, order the 'Gunpowder Egg Roast', 'Butter Garlic Parmesan' or 'Sticky Hot and Sweet Thai Sriracha'. 'Very Naughty French Fries', the 'Bon-Bon Chicken' (the establishment’s take on Chilli Chicken with 4 variants of chillies), 'Thai Crispy Beef', or the 'Super Crunchy Pork Bites'. Any of the Asian dishes off the mains section will leave you happy and contented with your choice. They also have their take on a hard to find a regional dish, the 'Hyderabadi Deewan E Handi', a vegetarian prep. There is an expansive Sunday buffet which is a great way to spend the afternoon taking in the cityscape and also get a taste of a variety of dishes from 13th Floor’s menu. Do give it a try with the family.
High Utlra Lounge
High Ultra Lounge is famous for being the highest lounge bar in the city. Perched atop the 31st floor, the view is spectacular, if nothing else. The menu is heavily influenced by Asian flavours, and you can find interesting appetizers such as the steamed edamame (immature soybean) with sea salt or spicy chilli garlic sauce, tofu black bean, Vietnamese spring roll, Peking duck, and Korean tacos. They also have a grill section from where you can order chicken yakitori, pork belly, and even enoki mushrooms if they are available. They have also a fair selection of sushi and sashimi, and a variety of tempuras.
It is best to experience this place during the evenings, and get a table along the side. You must try their tweaky in-house here according to your palate, the 'Guru’s Love Potion', 'In the Spotlight' and 'My Own Cup' are some of the crowd favourites. The Hawker's Sunday Brunch at HIGH Ultra Lounge offers a variety of Asian food in the quintessential and popular street-style serving. The brunch consists of multiple live counters for soup, sushi, dim sum, fresh grills, salads, among many more, which features food highlights from Vietnam, Burma, China, Thailand, etc.
No Limmits Lounge
You won't go here to eat, of course. Maybe down a few drinks, munch on a few snacks, and hit the dance floor. And if you are still picky on what you want to eat, try their classic sandwiches, the chilli chicken, barbecued chicken wings or the BBQ sausages. These are your safe zones. They also have two kinds of kathi rolls (vegetarian and chicken) that you might like to check out if you are feeling hungrier than usual.

Slug is a pub located at Manyata Tech Park, Nagawara. They serve Continental, European, and Italian cuisines. They have a full bar available and outdoor seating. XU Lounge
XU is the club of the opulent Leela Palace, located at Old Airport Road. They serve Continental, Italian, American cuisines and Finger Food. This is a posh nightclub with plush ambience, decor and classy crowd. With a wide assortment of IMFL and Imported liquor, the experience of partying at XU is amazing. For entertainment, they have live music, DJ and dance floor. The decorative walls, fancy mirrors, wooden polished furniture combined with warm yellow and blue lighting gives it an elegant and sophisticated vibe. Skandagiri Night Trekking
A highly regarded Sunrise Trek or Night Trek at Skandagiri is an epic journey through strenuous terrains that is as rewarding as it is tiring. There are old ruins of the fortress of Tipu Sultan and dilapidated ancient fort ruins. That adds a haunting appeal to this trek.
Skandagiri hill which overlooks Nandi Hills is also known as Kalwarbetta or Kalavara Durga. Walking among clouds here is an experience to relish. At night, you can enjoy a bonfire and camp under the sky and marvel at the unparalleled view of the morning sun. Skandagiri is one of the most known weekend destinations from Bangalore. It is around 70 kms from Bangalore and has the best sunrise to offer. This place has always been in controversy but with new trekking permits it has become easy and legal to do Skandagiri Trek.
It is said that Tipu Sultan built it to fight against the British. Later, when Tipu Sultan lost to British it was dismantled in 1791. The base of Skandagiri Hill Trek starts from Kalwara Village of Chikkaballapur district. There is a temple on the foothills of Skandagiri known as Papagni Mutt. It is one of the oldest mutts of Karnataka. This is one of the places where trekkers from Bangalore can rest before starting the trek.

The Traffic Conundrum
