  • 1½ cups ice
  • 2 fluid ounces tequila, 80 proof
  • 4 fluid ounces orange juice, raw

  • ¾ fluid ounce grenadine syrup

  • Take a highball glass.
  • Fill it up with 1½ cups ice and keep it aside.
  • Take tequila and orange juice in a cocktail mixing glass.
  • Put 1 cup ice and stir well.
  • Strain the mixer in the highball glass and pour in the grenadine, let it settle.
  • Stir it before drinking.

Tequila Sour

Tequila Sour is a great refreshing drink. It is a combination of a sour cocktail and a margarita and the lemony lime flavor is great for summers.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces (4 tbsp) tequila reposado
  • 1 ounce (2 tbsp) lemon juice
  • ½ ounce (1 tbsp) lime juice
  • 2 tsp agave nectar or simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • For the garnish: Cocktail cherry and lime wedge

Method:

  • Take a cocktail shaker and put tequila, lemon juice, lime juice, syrup, bitters and egg white in it.
  • Give it a good shake for about 15 seconds.
  • Add ice into it and shake for another 30 seconds.
  • Strain it in a glass and let the foam collect at the top.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and a cocktail cherry.

Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1½ ounces silver tequila
  • 1 ounce orange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Marnier or Triple Sec)
  • ¾ ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • Agave nectar or simple syrup, to taste (optional sweetener)
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge and coarse salt for rimming the glass (optional)

Method:

  • Start by running a lime slice around the top rim of a glass and dipping it in a bowl of salt, then set it aside.
  • Take tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice and put them in a cocktail shaker, shake well.
  • If you want you can add ½ tsp of agave or simple syrup until you like the taste of it.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour the margarita mixture over it.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.

Tequila Pina Del Oro

Tequila pina del oro is a fruity cocktail made with pineapple juice and sage syrup. It is delicious on a hot summer day.

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 50 ml reposado tequila (we used Herradura Reposado)
  • 60 ml pineapple juice
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 3 drops Peychaud’s bitters

For the Sage Syrup:
  • ½ pack fresh sage
  • 500 gm white caster sugar

For the Garnish:
  • 1 fresh sage leaf

Method:

  • For sage syrup take 500 ml of boiling water and pour it on the bunch of sage leaves, leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Now remove the sage leaves and add sugar in the water and dissolve well. Let it cool off.
  • Take 15 ml of sage syrup in a cocktail shaker and add ice with the other ingredients in it.
  • Shake well and pour it in a sherry glass.
  • Garnish with a sage leaf.

Envy Cocktail

Envy Cocktail is a beautiful blue and green mix. It is loaded with tropical fruits and looks very elegant when served in parties.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ ounces silver tequila
  • 1 ounce​ blue curacao
  • ½ ounce​ pineapple juice
  • 1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)

Method:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
