1. Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup penne pasta and 1/2 cup boiled chicken
  • 2 pieces butter and 1/5 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt and 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup water and 1/2 cup pasta water
  • 1 tsp garlic and 1 tsp celery
  • 2 tbsp carrot and 2 tbsp beans
  • 1 tsp chilly flakes and 2 tsp shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp chicken stock and 1tbsp cream

How to Make

  • Take water in a large bowl and put it on simmer flame and then add salt once it starts boiling. Add olive oil and penne pasta and let it cook.
  • Take a pan and heat butter and then add chicken in it. After sautéing it for a while add black pepper and salt.
  • Pour some olive oil and then add chilly flakes, garlic, celery and black pepper.
  • Add chicken stock, beans and carrots and top it with salt.
  • Saute them and add water and let it cook on low flame and do not forget to stir timely.
  • Add cream followed by boiled pasta and after mixing well, shred some cheese on it and your pasta is ready to serve.

2. Simple White Sauce Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 cup chilled milk and 1 cup penne pasta

  • Boil water and add salt in it and when it comes to boil, add pasta and cook on medium flame.

  • 1 packet spaghetti and 100 g bacon
  • 3 eggs and 1 egg yolk
  • 100 g parmesan cheese grated and 1 tbsp olive oil

How to Make

  • In a large pan fry the bacon till crisp and set them aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, take whole eggs and yolk, add the grated cheese and stir well.

  • 1 cup macaroni and 4 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic, 1/3 cup finely chopped onions and 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped mixed veggies like green beans, carrots, baby corn etc.

How to Make

  • Heat 3 cups of water with 1/2 tsp salt and boil and then add macaroni in it. Let it cook on medium heat.
  • Take another pan and heat 2 tbsp oil in it and then saute garlic in it till they turn golden brown.
  • Add onions and saute followed by tomatoes. Now cover the lid and let it cook for a while.
  • After cooking tomatoes completely, add all spice powders followed by mixed vegetables and green peas.
  • Add some salt in it and 1 cup water and cover the pan to cook them.
  • Once the veggies are cooked, add macaroni and cook for a while and then add mixed herbs in it. Serve it hot.

5. Pasta with Smashed Peas

Ingredients

  • 450 g pappardelle pasta and 200 g frozen peas
  • 3/4 cup ricotta and 1 tbsp chopped chives

Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes and 1 kg tomatoes
  • Olive oil and 2 eggs

How to Make

  • For the Gnocchi, boil potatoes with salt, mash them and keep them aside.

Ingredients

  • 200 g any short pasta and 150gms butter, cubed
  • 1 chopped onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1-2 chopped green chillies
  • 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 medium eggplant
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers and 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped spinach and ½ cup mixed olives
  • 1 cup tomato puree and 2 cups mixed cheese
  • 1 cup cream and ½ cup breadcrumbs

How to Make

  • Cook the pasta in boiling salt water for 10 minutes and drain it.
  • Heat some olive oil in a pan and add onions, garlic, green chillies and saute them for 2 minutes.
  • Add eggplant, bell peppers and saute for 2 minutes followed by mushrooms, spinach and olives
  • Let it cook for 5 minutes and then mix tomato puree and cream.
