What you need:- 6 large egg whites
- 2 cups sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 170 gm bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 3 cups heavy cream
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
How to make it:
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Draw 3 eight inch rounds on parchment paper and line them into pans.
- First beat egg whites with sugar till it forms peaks, then carefully fold in salt, vanilla, almond extract and cocoa powder.
- Pour gently into prepared baking pans and bake for about 80 minutes. Lower the heat to 150 degrees C.
- While the chocolate meringue cools in the pans, make the ganache combining cream and chocolate. Alternatively you can brush chocolate on each layer and add a layer of cream on top. Repat with the other layers. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

What you need:- His and Her silhouettes
- 2 pieces of cotton fabric for the front, 2 for the back
- 1 piece of fabric for text
- 2 pillow inserts
- Fabric interfacing
- Fabric blade or sharp knife
- Cutting mat
- Thread
- Iron
How to make it:
- Iron the silhouette interfacing to the back side of the fabric. Once the interfacing is completely stuck, remove the paper backing.
- Settle the fabric up on the cutting mat and cut the design on it.
- Place one of the design in the center of one of the pieces. Iron hard to press the design on fabric. Then sew on the text and trace the design. Repeat with the other design.
