  • ½ cup or 120 ml of water

  • Put macaroni, water and salt in a mug and microwave it until the macaroni becomes soft. Then add the cheese, pepper and salt to the cooked macaroni and microwave it till the cheese is melted. Be careful with the second addition of salt as salt was added at the beginning. Bring out the cup and stir until everything is combined. Garnish with chives and enjoy.

Hot and Sour Soup


  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon of rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of water


  • Mix cornstarch and water in a bowl to make a slurry. Take another bowl and combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, chilli oil and chicken broth in it. Stir them properly and taste to determine whether the mixture needs more of any ingredient. Add mushrooms and tofu to the broth mixture and microwave for about 2 minutes or until the mushrooms become soft. Bring out the bowl and stir the ingredients while adding the slurry. Microwave the mixture for another minute and serve hot.

Mug Pizza


  • 8 tablespoons of plain flour
  • ¼ tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 pinches of baking soda
  • 6 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ cup of pizza sauce
  • 6 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • Salt according to taste


  • Put the baking powder, baking soda, plain flour and salt in a mug and stir until the ingredients are properly combined. Add the milk and olive oil to this dry mixture and mix. Microwave Dhokla


  • 1 cup of besan
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger paste

  • Put the besan in the mug and add turmeric powder, chilli paste, ginger paste, curd, oil salt and sugar to it. Stir them until they are thoroughly combined and become a smooth paste. Add water to the mixture and combine everything a second time. Add the fruit salt to the mixture and microwave for a maximum of 8 minutes. Prepare the tadka while the dhokla is being cooked. Heat oil in a pan and saute the green chillies, kadhi patta and rai until they become slightly coloured. Then add water to it. Take out the dhokla and sprinkle the tadka on it before serving.

Egg Muffin


  • 1 cup each of chopped vegetables of your choice (capsicum, spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt according to taste


  • Heat oil in a pan and add the bell peppers and onions to it. Saute until they are soft. Add the tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and salt and saute over low to medium heat until the spinach has wilted. Add the garlic to it, stir for 30 seconds and remove from heat. Crack the eggs in a mug, sprinkle salt and pepper and whisk. Be careful with the salt. Add the sauteed vegetables to the whisked egg and stir until they are combined.
